Three Things for Thursday – 27th August 2020

Hi folks – it’s been a busy week with lots of planning going on for the Summit on the 7th September – numbers are now at 100 but there are still places available, if you would like to take part.

1/ Social Enterprise Policy & Practice Conference 2020 – I think of this as the annual “suited and booted” Social Enterprise Conference, however, as with all big events, it’s happening virtually this year so you can attend in your jammies if you like!! It’s next Wednesday, 2nd September and it’s free to attend – see here for more information and to book.

2/ Advice re opening facilities – feedback is that, this info re opening facilities from Sport Scotland is useful – even if you’re not sport – See here

3/ Arts & Heritage – Sticking with the practical stuff, Visit Scotland have put together info re planning and running virtual events plus, watch out on social media re a new £10m Events Fund from SG & Event Scotland. If Heritage is more your thing, check out this recording re going digital and bringing heritage into homes.
